How to use
Before First Use
Sterilize the Shell by boiling it in water for 2–3 minutes. Allow it to cool completely before handling.
As a breast pump
- Make sure the valve is closed.
- Center the opening over your nipple and check that it feels comfortable and not tight.
- Gently press and release the back of the Shell to create light suction.
- Place your bra over the Shell to hold it securely against your breast.
- If the suction feels too strong, lightly press the valve to release a little air. If it weakens, gently press the center of the back again.
- Keep an eye on the milk level and empty before it overflows.
As a milk collector
- To use the Shell simply for milk collection, release all suction by pressing the valve or opening the top plug.
- Place the Shell inside your bra like a soft nursing pad and let the milk flow in naturally while you go about your day.
Removing and pouring milk
- Press the valve to release suction and gently break the seal by sliding a finger between the Shell and your breast.
- Place the Shell on its back to avoid spills.
- Open the top plug and pour milk through the spout into a clean bottle or storage container.

Cleaning & Sterilising
After each use, wash the Shell with gentle, baby-safe soap and warm water. You can also sterilise it by boiling for 2–3 minutes or using a steam steriliser. Avoid bleach-based cleaners, sterilising tablets, or UV sterilisers, as these can affect the silicone’s lifespan. A soft sponge or brush works best - hard scourers can scratch the surface.
Caution
Check the product regularly for any signs of wear or damage and replace if needed. Exposure to detergent may make the silicone appear cloudy. Use the Shell only for its intended purpose. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
