Refund policy

You may return items purchased from the “Viduje” online store within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be undamaged, unused, and unaltered, and must retain their original appearance - tags must not be removed or damaged, and protective seals must remain intact. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition and complete set as they were delivered to the customer.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear (panties).

To return items, please send a free-form request to info@viduje.com, including detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, and delivery date. Please also include your bank account details for the refund. Once the return has been approved, send the items securely packaged to the following address:

If you are returning the entire order, all items listed on the invoice must be included in the return package. If you wish to return part of an order, please contact us by email first. We will accept returns and issue refunds only for items that are unused, undamaged, and have retained their original appearance.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item reaches us. If the item does not arrive, we will not be able to issue a refund. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
