In all the noise around having a baby, the mother's own experience tends to get pushed aside. Between the checklists and the gear, there's a body going through something enormous and it deserves more than an afterthought.

So we started small. A few things chosen for how they actually feel to use - an oil that becomes part of your evening, a bra you forget you're wearing, socks that keep you warm through a long night. 

We look for pieces made from materials that make sense against skin - organic cotton, wool, items without a long list of things to avoid. Not everything here is soft, some of the things are simply useful, because the practical parts of this stretch of life deserve the same care as the tender ones.

Viduje isn't only for the person who's pregnant. It's for the ones supporting her too and for the ordinary days that come after - days that don't get much written about, but make up most of the story.
